What you can do in Vibework

  • Use Chat and Vibey for questions, drafting, analysis, and interactive work.
  • Store reusable source material in My Files and Knowledge Bases.
  • Save instructions as prompts or configure agents with a focused purpose, approved knowledge, and tools.
  • Organize durable work in Projects and track assigned work with Tasks.
  • Run repeatable multi-step processes with Workflows.
  • Connect approved external systems through Integrations while keeping credentials and access controlled.

Choose the simplest tool that fits

  1. Start in Chat when the work is exploratory, conversational, or likely to change as you learn.
  2. Use a saved prompt when the same instruction should be reused but a person still directs each run.
  3. Use an agent when the work needs a defined role, durable instructions, approved knowledge, or tools.
  4. Use a workflow when inputs, steps, handoffs, approvals, or outputs should follow a repeatable process.

Complete a useful first task

  1. Confirm that you are signed in to the correct organization. Organization access determines which people, files, agents, and connections are available.
  2. Open Chat and describe the result you need, the relevant context, any constraints, and the format you want back.
  3. Attach a file or select approved knowledge when the answer must use company material.
  4. Review the response, ask a follow-up, and verify important facts or calculations before relying on the result.
  5. Save useful output to the appropriate project or file location when the work should be reused or shared.

Access and availability

Your organization administrator controls membership, roles, available AI models, integrations, shared knowledge, agents, workflows, and feature access. It is normal for two organizations or users to see different options. If something is missing, verify the organization first, then check sharing and role requirements.
